Strategy and Planning
- Develops and spearheads the execution of strategies and business plans to build the Commercial Property business in EBB.
- Develops strategies including relationship, services, commercial, event, marketing, and incentives to strengthen the presence of EBB Commercial Property Business at Developers.
- Develop strategies to achieve the targeted amount of booking for Commercial Property EBB.
- Building up partnership proposal for NEW Commercial Property Developers, additional projects for EXISTING Developers, and other adjustment on the existing agreements.
- Networking with developers to ensure the loan application target is achieved.
- Monitors the limit utilisation accordingly and no breach toward the threshold.
- Ensures the proper coding / tagging of Developers in the Banking System
- Establishing rewards program for both internal and external to promote more application of Commercial Property.
- Establishing proper channel to communicate the on-going program and rewards of Commercial Property to Developers and Internal CIMBN.
- Reviews periodically all the agreements with Developers are all governed properly.
- Provides solution for Developers' request and liase accordingly with internal counterparties including the Head of Business, Operation, Legal, Risk, and other related counterparties.
- Ensures all the partnership are in compliant with internal CIMBN policies, SOP, and External regulation.
