- Roll up items costing, routing, checking to standard cost
- Create product line, upload and update standard cost based on agreed timeline by customers
- Analyze and reconcile standard vs actual margins by product and/or by customer
- Handle inventory adjustment in ERP system based on request from other Dept and inventory recovery to customers
- Analyze method change and all production variances produced by ERP system
- Monitor inventory stock status based on company policy
- Prepare monthly purchase price variance
- Prepare working file for inventory provision and reconcile inventory vs GL
- Prepare and analyze inventory aging report and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive-down the inventory holding level
- Inventory – Physical count audit i.e. annual, quarterly or as of when required
- Any other ad-hoc assignment related to costing portfolio
- Backup any GL codes owned by costing department
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Support external audit and internal audit
- S1 degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3,00
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
- Have knowledge using ERP system
- Good knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Excel & Word, internet and email
- Good understanding in Indonesian PSAK and IFRS will be an advantage
- Have strong knowledge and good understanding in Indonesia taxation
- Having CA / CPA / BKP or other related profession certificates will add a great value
