- Conducting employee evaluations to ensure that all staff members are performing their jobs effectively
- Ensuring that all residents are comfortable, safe, and happy in their living environment
- Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures that ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining safety and security
- Managing maintenance and repair of the property, including making sure that repairs are done in a timely manner
- Monitoring rent payments to ensure that all residents are paying on time
- Working with residents to resolve disputes or complaints about living conditions
- Overseeing the hiring and training of staff members to ensure that all employees are performing their jobs effectively
- Coordinating with vendors to arrange for repairs and maintenance services for the building
- Monitoring resident behaviour to identify any problems that may arise and developing solutions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English is a must
- Working experience as Resident Manager in a 5* accommodation or luxury residences is a must
- Good communication skills and time management
- Has a good leadership skills to manage and train team member
- Willing to travel to different countries based on needs
- Pro-active and willing to help whenever needed
