- Responsible for overall marketing strategy, plan and execution.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Manage end-to-end marketing activation, campaigns, events, programs, and community partnerships.
- Become the point of contact for our internal Digital Agency for ongoing and future projects and ventures.
- Manage performance and digital marketing efforts like Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.
- Come up with content and marketing strategies to increase visibility.
- Stay updated with the current trends of the business.
- In charge of advertising and brand strategy.
- Work with Infuencers data and produce strategies in relation to fresh new ideas in our partnership with Influencers.
- Work with other Departments in aligning targets and strategies.
- Conduct research and strategic analysis including market research, competitor analysis, etc.
- Negotiate agreements with potential partners and keep records of sales data.
- Maintain a database of partners and prospects.
- At least 2 years experience working in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Brand Communication
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Discipline
- Deep passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and fashion
- Hustler and able to drive company growth
- Understand startup scaling and able to identify pain points in growth efforts
- Able to quickly come up with and execute on growth hypothesis
- Strong critical thinking skills and creativity
